LIABILITY WAIVER & PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE

By registering a child for Practice with the Pros, a youth baseball clinic hosted by 2COACHU on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Oakland Ballers Stadium (1689 20th Street, Oakland, CA 94607), the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Participation in athletic activities, including baseball clinics, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or accident. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child and allow my child to participate in this event.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge 2COACHU, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child’s participation in this event, including travel to and from the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize 2COACHU and its representatives to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical care provided.

Photo & Video Release

I grant 2COACHU permission to photograph, record, and use my child’s image, likeness, voice, and participation in photographs, video, or other media captured during this event. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including websites, social media, and printed materials, without compensation or further approval.

Code of Conduct

I understand that participants are expected to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by coaches and staff. 2COACHU reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
